Registration forms:
Due to the very late happening of the amalgamation with MMR / LCRRC we have decided that the registration should be paid with the first entry (an extra £30.00) so there is no separate form.  If you paid your fee to LCRRC then you will not have to pay again.  We have a list of those that have paid.
How to pay:
Enclose a cheque with your entry form or send your entry form in and call a day later with your card details.   We accept most major debit and credit cards.   For the full year payment credit cards (£580 and no additional cost for registration) will be surcharges £9.00, no surcharge on debit cards.  The entry form can be used for either “all event” entry or individual events.   For entry on the day, which will be surcharged and subject to room on the grid, payment will only be accepted in cash.   The late entry fee for entries less than 10 days before the event will be waived for Round 1, we will accept entries up to Wednesday the 23rd at the normal rate.
Transponders:
The use of a transponder for the race weekend is included in the entry cost.  You will however be responsible, and charged, if you damage or lose it.  You must use a Chronolec holder (the AMB is different) which will cost £5.00, you keep this.  You will normally be given a transponder for each bike if you are entered in more than 1 class and  you will need a holder for each machine as each holder has to be securely fixed to the bike.
Friday practice days:
There will be a practice day on the Friday before round 1 at Llandow and we are working towards arranging this with the other circuits. If you call in or email to confirm that you will be at the practice day at Llandow then you will be charged £30.00.   No pre notification that you are coming; then you will be charged £40.00.   In both cases payment will have to pay by cash.
Pit Bike with Z cam fitted:
You can race in the up to 160 class which allows modification.  Obviously the cylinder head could be replaced with a standard head or the cam replaced and, if no other mods have been made, then you can race in the standard 140 class.
Combined Minimoto classes:
The Air Cooled and Liquid Cooled minimotos will run as separate races with individual results for the two LC classes that run together.
Tyre choices:
Four classes will be on control tyres.   MiniGP50, MiniGP70, and Junior Pit Bike, have to run SAVA tyres.   Junior Moto4 have to run PMT. All other classes will be free choice but tyres must be suitable for use in tarmac racing.
Polini GP6:
These can run in the Senior Minimoto classes but not Junior.
MotoTeam events:
Pit Bike riders will find find a class that they can ride in at the MotoTeam events should they wish to do so.   Minimum age strictly 16 so NO JUNIORS.   These events are designed around teams of riders (usually 3) as there are usually 11 races of 20 minutes duration during the weekend.   However some riders do enter individually.  There are often teams looking for riders so let us know if you would be interested in helping them to make up the team.
Sidecars:
The sidecar class will be transferred to running at the MotoTeam events.  Regs and more details soon.   Not, however, running 20 minute races!!

Trophies:
There will be trophies for all designated classes.   These will be presented at the following meeting in order to allow for name / class / position plaques to be made up for each trophy.   The presentation will normally be on the Saturday evening of the race weekend.   Final Championship trophies for each class will be presented at the end of year evening event.   Details of this date and venue should be available by July.
